Job Description
At 3i Infotech Ltd, we are looking for a Customer Response Associate (CRA) who will represent our company and clients to potential customers. The right candidate should handle Inbound, Outbound Calls, Chats promptly and accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints, and inquiries, keeping customer satisfaction in mind.
Educational Qualification:
Graduates / Undergraduates or Diploma Holders /HSC passed (Arrears/Backlogs can be considered).
Experience & Skills Required:
Fresher & Experienced both can apply.
Communication Skills:
- Good Communication skills in Telugu (Should be able to understand English too and revert accordingly).
- Final Covid-19 Vaccinated Certificate to be submitted at the time of Joining.
Job Responsibilities:
- Greets and receives customers in a welcoming manner and Serves customers by helping them choose products along with responding to customers' questions.
- Provides outstanding customer service and Documents sales by creating or updating customer profile records.
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls promptly.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Doing sales (IB & OB Both), Blended Process
- Proficient in driving sales.
- Exhibits promptness and politeness using the appropriate verbiage while answering customer queries.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Ability to work well under pressure with high attention to detail.
- Decent English communication with Telugu (Both Oral & Written) and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team or as a single contributor.
- Adaptability / Flexibility on shifts, Ownership, and initiative.
- Being Active & Energetic.
