Telecaller (Start ASAP)

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Explain products/services and answer customer queries.
• Generate leads and schedule appointments if required.
• Maintain accurate call records and update the CRM system.
• Follow up on leads to ensure a high conversion rate.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues as needed.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Excellent communication skills 
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
