Graphic Designer

Job Description

As our new graphic designer, you will use your knowledge of typography, color, layout, and image manipulation to create visually appealing designs that communicate our core product offerings to our customers.

In addition to our design team, you will work closely with our creative directors, project managers, and marketing team to produce world-class assets for print and digital and ensure that all deliverables create a look and feel in line with our brand Keep it.

Responsibilities

You'll meet with clients, collaborate with the design team, and take direction from upper management to create compelling designs for print and digital. You will be responsible for generating design concepts, executing modifications, and meeting deadlines.

• Design pages for print and digital so that information is easy to find, read and understand.
• Gather all relevant facts for each project and ensure that all deliverables communicate correct information.
• Build clear ideas, concepts, and designs of creative assets from start to finish.
• Work closely with other designers to ensure a consistent, unified brand perception.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team that includes marketers, creative directors, and product managers to create compelling designs.
• Translate information about the client's business and clients into designs that are visually appealing, easy to understand, and emotionally impactful.
• Stay on top of the latest standards, processes, and trends in the visual design field.

Skills Required

• Graduation in Graphic Design or related field, or significant equivalent experience.
• A strong portfolio that builds design aesthetic awareness and problem-solving abilities.
• High level of proficiency in using Adobe products such as InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Basic working knowledge of screen design tools like Sketch.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to clearly explain design decisions in words and writing.
• Ability to receive, interpret and implement constructive feedback from project stakeholders into your design work.
• Appreciation and awareness for emerging design trends in print and digital.
• Able to learn new tools and processes quickly and work in a rapidly evolving environment.
