Your role
Key responsibilities are as follows:
- Achieves division-wise primary targets, ensuring they meet or exceed secondary targets.
- Generates maximum prescriptions and increases market share.
- Ensures zero expiry cases on Stockist shelves through timely stock liquidation.
- Shares competitor and market information with the ABM and Division.
- Build relationships with customers and stockists, visiting them on a defined frequency.
- Prioritizes and meets doctors with the right frequency.
- Leverages managerial, marketing, and support functions to engage with key customers.
- Plans and monitors new product introductions, stocking, and sales progress.
- Reports fieldwork daily in the assigned online system.
- Organizes Camps (CME) according to division strategy and customer needs.
- Generates POBs for Abbott brands as per the business plan.
About you
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2+ years of experience, though freshers with strong communication and analytical skills may be considered.
- A B.Sc. or B.Pharma qualification.
