Your role

The Management Trainee Program is their flagship program targeting master’s degree holders from the top business schools in the country to help groom the company's future leaders. Management trainees rotate across different business functions to get a comprehensive understanding of the Indian business and align to management roles in Sales, Marketing, Strategy and Human Resources.

Training & development

This Management Trainee Program will teach you about areas like Sales, Marketing, Strategy and Human Resources. The training gives you a broad overview of the business and essentially makes you a well-rounded employee and eventually, a leader who understands the business well.

Program Duration:12 months

• The induction will be 15 days
• Front Line Sales Stint for 6 months
• Sales Force Effectiveness Stint for3 months
• Marketing Stint for 3 months
• Final Placement in Marketing, PMO, Sales Force Effectiveness or Sales
