Your role

The Operations Professional Development Program is a global rotation program designed to offer real-world experiences while promoting personal and professional growth in areas which include materials management and supply chain, operations supervision, project management and purchasing.

Training & development

The training gives you a broad overview of the business and essentially makes you a well-rounded employee and eventually, a leader who understands the business well.

Program Duration:36 months

• APAC Induction: 3 days
• Technical Rotation: 1^st Year
• Supervisory Rotation: 2^nd Year
• Global Operations Excellence Rotation: 3^rd Year
• Final Placement in Supply Chain, Quality or Manufacturing Roles
