Strategic Projects Manager, MD’s office

About the Role:

The role is for the Project Management team at the MD’s office. This team holds a critical position in the company
and works on the company's largest and highest impact projects involving strategy as well as execution. The MD’s Chief of Staff is also selected from this team.

Examples of key projects undertaken by the PMO team

• Formulating Abbott’s 5-year strategy and vision
• Setting up a comprehensive patient support program structure
• Creating a best in the class new product launch process
• Setting up a new business unit to increase outreach in smaller towns
