Your role
Key responsibilities are as follows:
- Achieve sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Conduct effective fieldwork independently.
- Report daily field activities using the online system.
- Meet call average, coverage, and frequency norms.
- Generate prescriptions and increase market share.
- Promote products according to strategy.
- Build relationships with doctors, chemists, and stockists.
- Facilitate strategy development.
- Serve as a brand ambassador.
About you
The ideal candidate will have:
- A BSc or B. Pharma degree with 0 to 2 years of experience.
- Experience in the same therapy area is preferred.
- Background in MNC or top Indian Pharma companies is advantageous.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Fluency and confidence in communication.
