Your role
Key responsibilities are as follows:
- Analyze and prepare a working plan for the territory based on data and market research.
- Follow up, monitor, and achieve territory targets.
- Implement and execute all strategies.
- Engage with stakeholders including doctors, stockists, retailers, chemists, and pharmacy institutions.
- Maintain discipline and punctuality with set timelines for multiple internal processes.
- Organize Camps (CME) according to division strategy and customer needs.
- Conduct prescription audits for Abbott and competitors' brands.
- Generate POBs for Abbott brands as per the business plan.
About you
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and email exchanges.
- Strong communication skills in English and the local language.
- Effective in-clinic performance.
- Basic understanding and ability to explain anatomy, physiology, and the product portfolio.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to market changes.
