Your role
Key responsibilities are as follows:
- Analyze and prepare territory plans based on data and market research.
- Follow up, monitor, and achieve territory targets.
- Implement and execute strategies effectively.
- Engage with stakeholders including doctors, stockists, retailers, chemists, and institutions.
- Maintain discipline and punctuality with internal processes.
- Utilize basic computer skills for Excel, Word, and email exchanges.
- Adapt quickly to market changes.
- Communicate effectively in English and the local language.
- Perform effectively in clinical settings.
- Understand and explain anatomy, physiology, and product portfolio.
- Organize Camps (CME) according to division strategy and customer needs.
- Conduct prescription audits for Abbott and competitors' brands.
- Generate POBs for Abbott brands as per the business plan.
About you
The ideal candidate will have:
- A B.Sc. or B. Pharma qualification.
- 2+ years of experience, though freshers with strong communication and analytical skills may be considered.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English and the local language.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Ability to adapt to market changes and learn quickly.
