Your role
Key responsibilities are as follows:
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for technical roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and job descriptions.
- Utilize job boards, social media, and other platforms to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Maintain and update the candidate database and manage applicant tracking.
- Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating communication between candidates and hiring teams.
- Prepare recruitment reports and assist with additional HR projects as required.
About you
The ideal candidate will have:
- Pursuing/completed B.Tech/B.E. in Engineering and MBA in Human Resources or a related field.
- Strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR practices.
- Familiarity with technical job roles and terminology in software development, engineering, IT, etc.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in using recruitment platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
