Your role

Project Role Description:

Deliver Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) service operations processes of problem, change, configuration, incident and release management. Specialize in the delivery of one of the processes, or provide management and coordination across multiple processes.

Responsibilities:

• Handling service tickets in SNOW and SAT
• Interaction with the user via call or Email on the Asset operations
• Preparing reports on Asset management
• Support any project initiatives on assignment
• Ensuring adherence to process guidelines
