Your role

What would you do?

• You will be aligned with their Human Resources vertical and will help them in the function that deals with people and people-related areas such as recruiting, learning, training, onboarding, compensation and benefits, performance management, organization development and culture.
• You will be working as a part of the HR Operations team which is responsible for providing backend HR services to business operations HR operations and operational HR services, including administrative services, job analysis, and employee relationship management.

Roles and responsibilities:

• In this role, you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
• Your expected interactions are within your team and direct supervisor.
• You will be provided detailed to moderate levels of instruction on daily work tasks and explicit instruction on new assignments.
• The decisions that you make would impact your work.
• You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work.
• Please note that this role may require you to work rotational shifts.
