What would you do?

The role within Accenture's Finance Operations vertical involves determining financial outcomes through the collection of operational data and reports, alongside conducting analysis and reconciling transactions. It includes enhancing vendor compliance, reducing savings erosion, and optimizing discount capture with preferred suppliers while ensuring pricing and terms accuracy before payments. Responsibilities also encompass managing the accounting of goods and services from requisition through to payment and overseeing the entire procurement and financial process chain. The Accounts Payable Processing team focuses on executing, managing, and supporting accounts payable activities, ensuring timely and accurate billing, invoice processing, and meticulous management of purchase orders. Automated systems and software play a crucial role in enhancing efficiency and accuracy throughout the invoice processing workflow.

Responsibilities:

• In this role, you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
• Your primary interaction is with your team and your direct supervisor.
• In this role, you will be given detailed instructions on all tasks.
• The decisions that you make impact your work and are closely supervised.
• You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team with a predetermined, narrow scope of work.
• Please note that this role may require you to work rotational shifts.
