Join Accenture as a Trust & Safety New Associate, moderating user-generated content to ensure compliance and safety.
Your role
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Moderate user-generated content, including photos, videos, and text, to ensure compliance with client terms.
- Identify and remove spam content to enhance search result quality.
- Assist in removing explicit content and personal information from global sites.
- Review websites and product listings for compliance with Google Shopping policies.
- Evaluate YouTube videos for monetization eligibility.
- Address trademark-related complaints and escalate as necessary.
- Collaborate with the Content Moderation team to flag violations promptly.
About you
Ideal candidates will have:
- Any graduation degree.
- 0 to 1 year of experience in content moderation.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- Ability to adapt to changing client policies and guidelines.
