They will develop strategies, collaborate with EU Sales and business leaders, and work closely with product teams to drive relevant product development.
The role involves managing an extended team of Account Managers to deliver results, recruiting sellers, and managing seller relationships by advocating for their needs.
The candidate will drive the growth of sellers' businesses by expanding selection and seizing key business opportunities.
They will manage key improvement initiatives, drive new product launches, and enhance seller partnerships.
The role requires tracking and reporting performance using appropriate metrics to achieve productivity and seller satisfaction targets.
About you
The candidate must have a minimum B2.2 level Italian Language Certification, with C1 preferred, and excellent communication skills in both written and oral Italian and English.
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business is preferred, along with 0 to 3 years of relevant experience.
Advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel, is required.
The candidate should have an interest in e-commerce, a desire to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
Attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and strong problem-solving skills are essential.
