In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with Service Providers, the Customer Service team, the Customer outbound process, the Service category team, and Operations to identify the gaps in the fulfillment of a service provided to the customer and work with them to alleviate their acute/short-term issues.
The Learning & Development team is focused on improving the everyday experience of the associates. They design and deliver learning programs to guide and support employees' career paths inside Amazon and implement improvements that make a real difference for both its workers and its customers.
The estimated salary for this role ranges from INR 301,996 to INR 318,240 per year. Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements depending on the position offered.
