Catalog Associate - French (Start ASAP)

Your role

The primary responsibility of this role is to perform operational activities related to the content in the audiobook (French & English). The associate is expected to listen, identify, and fix issues related to content in the audiobooks using software or tools by adhering to the standard operating procedure. Associates are required to use a headset to listen to the audio for a significant period of time during their work.

Key job responsibilities

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Understand and adhere to standard operating procedures.
• Analyze, and identify the issues in the audio content.
• Understand the issue and make the best use of the available resources/tools to resolve/fix it.
• Systematically escalate problems or variance in the information to the relevant owners/ teams according to processes and standards.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Adhere to the Service level agreement and average handle time set for the processes.
• Meet predetermined and assigned productivity targets and quality standards.
• The individual is required to make judgment-based decisions based on the observations and procedures.

Basic qualifications

• Education Qualification: Must be a graduate in any stream
• Language level requirements: French certified
• Work Experience: Opened to fresher and experienced
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication in French.
• Ability to work in a team with a very dynamic process

Preferred qualifications

• Knowledge of MS Office.
• Good communication skills

As a French Catalog Associate, you will receive a salary of around INR 560,000 to INR 640,000 per year. The benefits offered can vary by location, scheduled hours, and how long you’ve worked for Amazon.
