Your role

Job Summary

The primary responsibility of this role is - under general supervision perform a variety of tasks related to content for the video catalog quality. This could involve tasks such as checking and/or fixing Metadata, performing quality checks on content, validating image quality, performing checks to qualify user experience for content viewing on the FireTV, and related tasks. The associate will require using of software and /or tools for fixing up and capturing data daily. The tasks will be primarily repetitive and will require the individual to make judgment-based decisions while keeping in mind the guidelines provided in the Standard operating procedure. The individual will also need to be able to raise a flag depending on the situation, for example- the functionality of the tool.

About you

Basic Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of any stream
• Language level requirements - N3 level JP.
• Minimum excel knowledge is preferred
• Individuals having a passion for digital media are preferred.
• Strong Written and Verbal Communication in English and Japanese.
• The associate will require using of software and /or tools for fix-up and data capture daily. The tasks will be primarily repetitive and will require the individual to make judgment-based decisions while keeping in mind the guidelines provided in the SOP. The individual will also need to be able to raise a flag depending on the situation.
