Your Role

  • The Investigation Assistant will support Sellers, Associates, and Management while ensuring program standards for individual and team performance are met.
  • Help manage daily operational aspects supporting both the Merchant and Customer experience.

Training & Development

The Learning & Development team is focused on improving the everyday experience of the associates. They design and deliver learning programs to guide and support employees' career paths inside Amazon and implement improvements that make a real difference for both its workers and its customers.

Salary & Benefits

The estimated salary for this role ranges from INR 500,000 to INR 900,000 per year. Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements depending on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
  • Basics of Excel.
