Your role
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Meets business metrics and goals, including SLA, production, and quality targets.
- Maintains records of daily work by updating trackers or workflow tools.
- Follows SOP/guidelines or manager's instructions to ensure quality compliance.
- Contributes to project improvement and operational excellence ideas.
- Provides timely responses to stakeholders on related tasks as per SOP and SLA.
- Raises issues that may impact core deliverables or operations to manager or stakeholders.
- Analyzes data, evaluates trends/patterns, and recommends generic patterns for rules.
- Willingness to work with sensitive issues, including adult content and other potentially offensive products.
- Troubleshoots process issues and conducts root cause analysis if required.
About you
The ideal candidate will have:
- A graduate degree or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N3 or above/BA in Japanese) and English.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Passion for delivering a positive customer experience and maintaining composure in difficult situations.
- Ability to complete challenging goals or assignments within defined SLA.
- Basic Excel knowledge and familiarity with the e-commerce industry are preferred.
