Your role

The primary responsibilities of this role are,

• Under general supervision, perform various tasks related to content for video catalogue quality.
• This could involve tasks such as checking and/or fixing metadata; performing quality checks on content; validating image quality; performing checks to qualify user experience for content viewing on various devices, and related tasks.
• The associate will require the use of software and/or tools to fix up and capture data on a daily basis.
• The tasks will be primarily repetitive in nature and will require the individual to make judgment-based decisions, keeping in mind the guidelines provided in the Standard Operating Procedure.
• The individual will also need to be able to raise a flag depending on the situation, for example, the functionality of the tool.

Your responsibilities

The responsibilities in this role include, but are not limited to:

• Quality audit titles going live on Prime Video
• High light issues identified in a systematic manner
• Follow through on defect resolution

Basic Qualifications

• Good Communication
• Sound knowledge of computer (MS Office-related skills)
• Microsoft Excel knowledge is mandatory (vlookup, pivot, basic formula & knowledge in shortcut keys)
• Communication Skills
• Perform various tasks related to content for video catalogue quality

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of the Video streaming market
• Awareness of devices such as Firestick, Fire TV, Apple TV, Roku TV etc
• Basic Analytical and Logical Reasoning Skills
