Process Lead, Data Management

Job Summary

We are looking for a Process Lead – Data Management role based out of Hyderabad to support the HR India population. This position will be required to engage with HR stakeholders, HR compliance team, payroll vendor, support functions including Payroll, Finance, IT, Security and Employees with the objective to provide world-class customer service. And the role will comprise onboarding, exit management, query management, data management and data analytics for HR India.

Basic Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Human Resources
• A minimum of 6 months of experience in a similar profile is preferred
• Open for 24/7 shifts.
• The employee will be required to do evening and night shifts mandatorily (US shifts).

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, ability to deal with larger NA HRS team and Site HR at all levels
• Strong attention to detail and good interpersonal skills
• Strong decision making and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced dynamic environment
• Agility to change in a fast-growing environment
• Proficient with MS Excel, Word and Visio
• Application of Phone and email etiquette in customer interactions
• Knows when to escalate
• Ability to be receptive to the peer/general feedback
• Experience in Peoplesoft and data management
