Job Responsibilities
Job Deliverables
Daily/ weekly/ monthly Research activities: Data mining and understanding the reasons for Quality Defects
Prepare and publish daily/ weekly/ monthly reports on inventory quality ( IRDR/ Large adjustments/ Unmatched X, Top20 reports/ HRV adjustments, etc)
Bin Management and control ( creation/ addition/ deletion/ bin locks)
Conduct daily training and also will be responsible for conducting daily skill huddles
Quality Feedback to associates
Stand in for the Process Associate and the Area Manager.
Note: Research Analysts should work mostly on the operational floor.
About you
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications
Speak, write, and read fluently in English
Skills required
Knowledge of problem-solving tools
Good in SQL Queries, math, and data analytics is a must
Proficiency in MS Excel ( knowledge of macros is an added advantage)
Candidates should be willing to work in Night Shift based on requirements
