Team Lead (Start ASAP)

Your role

Key responsibilities as follows:

• Collaborate with the Center Manager to ensure smooth transportation operations.
• Execute delivery processes from the station to customer addresses.
• Ensure adequate delivery team bandwidth for peak times.
• Continuously improve delivery processes for sustained performance.
• Manage timely delivery and handling of packages, including damage and returns.
• Monitor and reconcile cash inputs and ensure banking accuracy.
• Track performance metrics and brief delivery associates on daily metrics.

About you

Ideal candidates will have:

• A Bachelor's degree.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in e-commerce, retail, or advertising is preferred.
