Your role

This role is a part of the centralized supply chain planning function at Amazon India. The candidate will be a part of the Fx and Speed Program team for the External Fulfillment network. The candidate will contribute to high-impact projects in the supply chain. The candidate is expected to support all EF-related operational activities.

The role entails day-to-day monitoring of Fx-related processes, running internal processes centrally and monitoring progress on designated tools. The job requires someone who has the ability to manage stakeholders remotely and a high willingness to take ownership. The candidate must be willing to work with internal and external stakeholders to uphold process requirements and also identify/suggest corrections for processes in place.

Key job responsibilities

The incumbent will own the following -

1. Responsible for execution of all seller configurations in the system for Fulfillment experience
2. Owning of speed-related reports and deep dive
3. Sending weekly updates on critical projects by using query-based tools and excels
4. Capacity configurations on the system
5. Deep dives on escalations by all stakeholders on topics of speed
6. Critical support during all peak events for all system configurations required
7. Liaise across functions to drive their project and help clear issues and bottlenecks.

About you

Basic Qualification

• 0-3+ years of experience in an operational role.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows based applications.
• Demonstrated analytical ability, results-oriented environment with external customer interaction.
• Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
• Able to work independently

Preferred Qualification

• Post graduate (MBA)
• Good stakeholder management skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with a capability of setting priorities and working under pressure
• Must be able to multitask with attention to detail and high capability to work on different projects in parallel
• Experience working with the logistics and/or the bamanufacturing industry is an advantage.
