Your role

The Role:

They are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Sales HRBP. The incumbent will be responsible for employee engagement, career development and grievance management, and attrition management initiatives. S/he will be required to travel across offices occasionally.

The incumbent would have 3 months of training in Bangalore followed by which the location will be assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travelling across the region and meeting sales employees regularly
• Attrition management, employee grievance and query management
• Implementing the employee engagement plan
• Support the team in the implementation and execution of company rules and policies

Training, development & rotations

About you

Specifically, the candidate should have:

• MBA/PGDM (2018-2020) from Tier-2/3 B-School in HR or equivalent field
