Responsibilities

• Conduct online live classes for the students.
• Build strong conceptual foundations for the students.
• Establish a 1:1 connection with the students.
• Coaching & Mentoring students.
• Onboarding newly enrolled students.
• Helping students with their doubts during & after live classes.
• Content Development.
• Responsible for the Academic growth of students' & parents’ satisfaction.

The requirements for the role are as follows:

Qualification

• B. Tech/M. tech or M. Sc/MBBS/BDS in the field of (respective subject) from a reputed institute

Required Skills

• Excellent reasoning and communication skills
• Can explain complex concepts in simple ways
• Good Communication Skills
• Comfortable working 8 hours per day and 6 days/week (Wednesday will be weekly off tentative).
