What You’ll Achieve

You will be part of the Global Fulfilment and Logistics (GF&L) operations organization and work as a Logistics Senior Data Analyst in Hyderabad with high visibility across the GF&L leadership team and be responsible for developing new environments, methodologies, processes, tools, and data capabilities that impact operational performance & organizational productivity. You will support a range of analytics and key data initiatives that improve Logistics performance. Beyond technical skill sets, successful candidates will display a bias for action, passion for data quality, and excellent communication skills.

You Will

• Contribute to the reporting and automation of GFLT key metrics and performance measurements, with a specific focus on data visualization, Digitisation & Modernisation by developing insightful Power Bi operational dashboards to help understand and improve logistics performance; along with it intake new enhancement requests and co-ordinate across BI / IT and Operations teams to ensure timely, accurate and automated delivery
• Develop associated bridge reporting and operational action plans for key metrics and govern the execution of actions across operational teams by creating tools, the process for Pareto Analysis, gap to 100% visualization, RCCA, predictive analysis across all operational tasks to maximize performance.
• Steer global effort to ensure consistent & accurate reason codes for operational analytics, and drive timely resolution and effective corrective action in any reporting and data integrity challenges
• Consolidate Executive performance assessment via automation, ensure timely issues across relevant stakeholders
• Generate reports and Dashboards with emphasis on as close to Real-Time visibility as possible and provide visualization to the Logistics Control tower for quick decisions to make.
• Supervise trends and elevate issues accruing due to data variances and interact with carriers to set expectations regarding report availability, accuracy, DQI, and SLAs

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of combined work experience in data development, modeling, analytics & visualization
• Minimum 2 years of SQL & database management experience (hands-on experience with relational databases, data transformations)
• Minimum 2 years experience with Power BI Visualization development & modernization.

Desirable Requirements

• Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) or Engineering preferred
• Ability to experiment with various approaches & develop advanced data models to simulate “what-if” scenarios
• Proficiency in SQL, ETL, Informatica, Control M, Power Shell, other visualization tools, RDBMS, MS Access, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel pivots/formulas, VB Scripting, Macros writing, Power Pivots, Tableau, programming/statistical tools (like R, Python)
• Experience in Data transformation and analytics (SQL/Teradata)
• Good domain knowledge on Supply Chain and Logistics
