Work you will do
AAQR - Diagnostics
Analyze data every week to identify anomalies and follow up with the relevant practitioners to resolve
Respond to email inquiries from the practice about the data analysis that has been completed
Understand the reporting requirements of AU stakeholders, create dashboard reports for the business leaders
Actively participate in all recurring weekly calls with leadership in Australia and provide quality inputs, which enables them to take business decisions.
Ensure that all the process-related documents are up-to-date.
Attend training sessions for technical and personal development as necessary

About You
To be an attractive candidate, the following qualification is desired:
Qualifications Required
Graduate/Postgraduate (B. Com, BA, BBA) with Financial Background and strong analytical skills
Shift timings: 6.30 AM to 3.30 PM
Preferred
Good Excel skills and strong computer skills
Team player with a positive attitude, strong verbal and written communication skills, and excellent interpersonal skills
Key Skills Required:
Advanced MS Excel skills are a must. Proficiency in data validation, v-lookup, h-lookup, pivot tables, concatenate, format functions, and logical functions in MS Excel. Ability to analyze large data in Excel and should be in a position to design new reports in excel. Having VBA functional knowledge is an advantage.
Advanced PowerPoint Skills: Strong exposure in preparing PowerPoint presentations, ability to analyze and interpret data in excel into charts in PowerPoint.
Keen analytical skills – the individual must demonstrate strong task management skills
The individual should be able to multitask and must demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects under strict timelines
Proactive in all communications - Ability to document and communicate the results of reviews efficiently and effectively, using language and style suitable for all levels and positions of Deloitte personnel
MS Access is not a must but would be an added advantage
Strong communication skills—both verbal and written and interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate clearly with other team members
Good telephonic skills as it is required to have weekly calls with various stakeholders. Candidates need to have a client-centric focus
Ability to work with minimal supervision and follow work programs with a high degree of accuracy
Ability to challenge the status quo and proactively identifies opportunities for improvement
Shows initiative and is proactive in seeking resolution of issues and in learning the business of the Assurance & Advisory and Deloitte Australia
Ability to adapt to changing work environments (shows flexibility), work under pressure with a sense of urgency, and meet tight deadlines. The individual should be comfortable working long hours during the peak period. The team has a peak period of 3-4 months in a year wherein the individuals have to work under strict timelines. This is primarily due to the nature of the business
