The Team

As a member of the Operations Transformations team, you will embark on an exciting and fulfilling journey with a group of intelligent and innovative globally aware individuals.

We work in conjuncture with various institutions solving key business problems across a broad spectrum of roles and functions, all set against the backdrop of constant industry change.

Skills Required

As Business Analyst you will be responsible for requirement gathering, requirement prioritizing and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of CRM / sales and marketing automation products.

• Conduct meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements via workshops.
• Coordinate with internal sources and third parties for the execution of the project.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents and workflows.
• Map the requirements against product features and configure the product as per the requirements.
• Deliver demo/training sessions on the features delivered. 

Expected Skills: (Business Analyst)

• Mandatory: good written and oral communication skills
• Education : BTech/BE/BCA/BSc. Computer Science from 2020, 2021, and 2022 batch (pass outs)
• For experienced graduates: 1-2 years of technology implementation/product configuration experience is preferred.
• Preferred Certifications: Certified Foundation Level Business Analyst (CFLBA)
