The Team

As a member of the Operations Transformations – Financial Services team you will embark on an exciting and fulfilling journey with a group of intelligent and innovative globally aware individuals.

We work in conjuncture with various financial institutions solving key business problems across broad spectrum of roles and functions, all set against the backdrop of constant industry change.

Work you’ll do

You will work in teams led by partners with colleagues and clientele belonging to the financial services industry to develop innovative operating solutions by bringing in a broad perspective. As part of these engagements, you will develop a deep understanding of client issues, work in teams to build robust and executable solutions and articulate effectively to the client stakeholders.

Skills Required

We have exciting opportunities for graduates (Engineering/B.Com.) from 2020, 2021, and 2022 (pass outs) batch from tier 1/tier 2 colleges/universities to work as Business Analysts in our "Operate Services market offering”.

We are looking for candidates who are eager to learn, and with a passion for working in the product/tech implementation space. If you have the zeal to learn and perform and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, this could be the right opportunity for you.
