Your role
As an Assistant Manager in their Financial Modeling team, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients to exceed client expectations. You’ll:
Take an active role in delivering advisory services to high-growth organizations with a diverse team
Be a part of a team to design, develop and test models taking into consideration various scenarios and sensitivities the model will be exposed to.
Actively execute model development/model review engagements.
Independently perform modelling work in secondment opportunities.
Executing assignments within deadlines, providing value add to clients, maintaining client relationship
Create long-term relationships with Deloitte member firms
Achieve expertise in a specialization
Facilitate the integration process of recruits
Take an active role in contributing to the working environment of the team

About You
The key skills required are as follows:
CA Fresher
Preferable to have:
Strong Excel skills - other relevant technical analytical skills could also be an advantage e.g. Excel VBA, Power BI, SQL, Power Query.
Knowledge of Advanced Excel, Python, strong mathematical and quantitative skills
Having the following will be advantageous
Knowledge of the Monte Carlo Simulation technique
Knowledge of Indian accounting standards / IFRS / US GAAP
Experience in using valuation tools, including Bloomberg, financial research portals etc.
General knowledge of accounting standards, corporate tax mechanisms, indirect taxes, and cross-country tax implications.
Expected to possess:
Strong conceptualization skills and ability to convert plans into actions
Ability to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills backed by an enthusiastic approach and a diligent client focus.
Strong commitment to professional and client service excellence
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong external consulting or advisory experience is a plus
