Your role
As a part of this team, you will:
Understand the scope and respond to practitioner requests for information, but meeting stipulated service-level agreement
Search internal intellectual property databases to address requests
Provide knowledge and content support to practitioners
Write a summary of the information that has been collected
Meet the quality benchmarks
Maintain a working knowledge of the industry, services areas, functions, methods, and tools
Manage service requests from origination to completion
Collaborate with different teams within the KS organization
Identify gaps in processes, and opportunities for improvements
Ideate and create projects that can help automate the processes within the team
Follow standard escalation process to resolve issues
Participate in knowledge sharing and transfer sessions as and when required
Update standard FAQs as and when required
Perform content gap analysis and provide insights to respective KS team on the trends
Broadcast RFIs when information available in internal repositories is limited
Your responsibilities
The KX Help team is an India-based team that helps Deloitte practitioners across the world navigate Deloitte's repositories and facilitate access to the organization’s intellectual capital, methods, tools and solutions to enhance the sale and delivery of services to our clients.
Operating in a 24x5 model, KX Help team helps practitioners find internal and external content, connect with subject matter experts, locate research expertise, and use the various Knowledge Services (KS) tools and resources more effectively.

About you

MBA or Post Graduate in English, Economics, Literature, Library Sciences
Familiarity with MS Office suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Excellent search skills and ability to write abstracts
Familiarity with professional services environment
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Good comprehension skills and attention to detail
Ability to learn and use new processes and technology
Understanding of basic business terminologies, Knowledge Services and its offerings
Moderate industry & consulting service area knowledge and understanding of Knowledge Management systems - Intranets, Content Management Systems, Enterprise Search, People Directories, Social/Collaboration sites, etc.
Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills
A track record of following through on commitments
Ability to work independently, manage small engagements or be part of larger engagements
Experience in secondary research will be an advantage
Positive attitude and presence, ability to interact with senior professionals and deal with conflict in a mature and professional manner
