Your job role includes supporting all learning administration and operations work:
CRM team is the backbone of all learning support activities that happen before, during and after the delivery of the programs. Our team is involved in the planning process and is extensively relationship driven. Customer trust is the key element for the success and smooth running of Learning Delivery Operations. As a CRM specialist you will be required to build relationships with your stakeholders and US counterparts as the nature of function is 1-1
Any Bachelor's Degree
Proficiency with computers and applications – email, MS Word, PPT
Intermediate excel skills
Experience in working with US stakeholders / customers will be preferable
