Your role

  • The apprentice will manage deadlines for Key Operating Documents (KOD) in PB Operations, ensuring timely uploads and liaising with stakeholders.
  • They will review existing KODs, collaborate with operations to understand processes and address any deviations by modifying documents.
  • Responsibilities include designing and publishing trackers for TAT and quality, revisiting and redefining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and managing the End of Day checklist for operations.
  • The role involves drafting Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), following up on deliverables, reconciling vendor bills, and handling other assigned operations-related tasks.
  • The position reports to the Head of Controls - Operations (NPC) and is based in Mumbai.

About you

  • Candidates should possess strong skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential.
  • A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is recommended, with a minimum requirement of graduation in any stream.
