Branch Apprentice (Start ASAP)

Your role

• The apprentice ensures DB service standards in customer service at branches.
• They ensure compliance with audit guidelines and error-free transaction processing.
• They follow laid-down processes and internal security standards.
• They adhere strictly to internal and external guidelines, including KYC and anti-money laundering.
• They ensure transactions are 100% accurate and resolve customer queries and complaints completely.
• They handle document and transaction scanning activities.
• They follow complaint management procedures for timely resolution.
• They maintain the branch lobby according to standards.

About you

• The candidate should have good knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• They must possess excellent communication skills.
• A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is recommended.
• Minimum graduation in any stream is required.
