Your Role

The Trading Enabler will assist traders in preparing corporate profiles and analyzing the credit and fundamentals of companies; risk management support, including risk analysis; reporting and trade capture; analysis of hedging strategies and rule-based hedging; and building quantitative models and automation tools for pricing.

• Build a thorough understanding of major emerging markets and all derivative products.
• Analyse macroeconomic and geo-political scenarios to identify trading opportunities.
• Analyse market movements to monitor risks on a regular basis.
• Build tools to effectively monitor and create trading ideas.
• Partner with onshore branch traders to gather data and collaborate on understanding and improving their trading profile.
• Build MIS and data analysis tools to monitor various aspects of trading.
• Pricing various FX/Rates products including FX Forwards, NDFs, FX Swaps, IRS, and CCS for multiple currencies.
• Managing, analyzing, and reporting risk positions, P&L, and revenue profiles of various Trading desks.

About You

• Strong understanding of macro economies, and derivatives markets (including FX and Rates market).
• Ability to create pricing models and be able to understand structured trades.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, and VBA is preferable.
• Strong project management / organizational skills.
• Strong Excel skills are required.
• Strong communication skills and clarity of thoughts.
• An individual with a sense of commitment & motivation for self-development along with attention to detail.
