Your role

Key responsibilities:

• This role will be responsible for completing the day-to-day activity as per standards and laid down procedures and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of assigned production duties.
• This position is required to validate the invoices against the rate cards agreed with the clients and ensure timely booking of invoice amounts in DWSs’ internal IBOR and ABOR systems.
• Make sure to have Zero errors, timely escalations, and Nil operational losses.

About you

To apply for this role, you must have:

Skills:

• Knowledge of the reconciliation process and the associated Investment and Accounting Book of Records.
• Experience with BlackRock Solutions' “Aladdin” system and/or TLM is a plus.
• A fresher will also do.
• Willingness to work in core night shift.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office skills specifically MS Excel.
• Good analytical and quantitative skills; excellent organizational skills for tasks, work environment and documentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must have the ability to work within a team environment.
