Your role

The primary responsibilities include:  

• Provide support to the respective technical team members. 
• Assist with matters related to fees and billings, invoicing, and budgets and ensure efficient team communications and support to maintain client relationships. 
• Perform non-technical planning and organizational tasks for the respective account aligned to you. 
• Ensure that all required documentation is filed and archived with no delays.
• Reports and Dashboard preparation for client teams including senior leadership. 
• Review of working papers and client folders. Suggest ideas on improving engagement productivity and identify opportunities for improving client services. 
• Act as a central point of contact for the assigned engagement(s). 
• Be knowledgeable about the services the engagement provides and utilize that knowledge to make suggestions and/or recommendations.
