Position Summary
Job Role
This position will be part of the Global Business Process Management (BPM) team within EY Knowledge and will be expected to work with EY practitioners globally as per the EY tiered-support operating model. This team member will be responsible for working with EY project teams as well as end clients globally to provide business process documentation and analysis services on tools like ARIS, IBM Blueworks Live and Signavio.
This is a permanent role with progressions.
Job Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
- Function as a process design analyst, responsible for defining and modelling industry-specific process models that can be used to support EY’s pursuits and accelerate project delivery
- Act as subject matter expert on process documentation tools like ARIS, IBM Blueworks Live, Signavio and provide project advisory support — strategic and functional, to clients
- Design and create process models using EPC as well as BPMN notations for EY as well as clients
- Play key role in requirement gathering/process design workshops with large groups of SMRs and business teams
- Apply common enterprise architecture (EA) practices and develop EA related assets
- Actively develop and enhance EY BPM methodology-including modelling standards and conventions
- Maintain a pulse on leading practices/trends around business process management, EA, modelling standards, etc.
Additional Responsibilities
- Drive innovative initiatives and expansion of EY solutions within the BPM domain.
- Support exploration and onboarding on new BPM tools (process mining, process automation, etc.) in EY for usage by global practitioners.
- Ability to participate and work effectively as part of a team, including pro-active collaboration and input-seeking.
- Ability to work virtually in a globally-distributed environment.
- Successfully participate in complex, virtual, and onsite teams in a matrix environment.
- Demonstrate ability to work well in a team environment and to lead others in a directed effort to complete projects.
- Strong communication and presentation skills and a proven ability to work with employees and management at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to conduct face-to-face and virtual Training on ARIS and IBM BWL platforms.
- Willingness to travel internationally, as required.
Education
- B.E., B.Tech. B.Sc. B.C.A in related field required
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
- 0 – 2 years of experience in Business Process Management (BPM) domain and/or ARIS and/or any other process modelling tool like IBM BWL, Signavio, Bizagi, Casewise or Adonis
- Basic knowledge of EPC and/or BPMN 2.0 modelling notations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt communication styles for interacting with stakeholders at various levels in a multi-cultural environment
- Ability to take initiative and manage multiple deliverables, simultaneously, in a fast-paced and highly challenging environment
- Keen and continuously focussed on upskilling self by learning new skills, tools, technologies
- Understands and applies the correct methodology, tools and technology
- Identifies and promotes opportunities for process improvements
- Focuses on quality by asking critical questions and sharing ideas and concerns openly
- Continuously thinks of ways to improve own deliverables, processes and ways of working and openly discusses the same
