Your role

Key responsibilities as follows:

  • Develop expertise in RMS/Independence issues and database management.
  • Interact with clients/stakeholders to understand business requirements.
  • Participate in data quality and ad-hoc GIS projects.
  • Write user stories, test in UAT, and identify improvements.
  • Assist with process documentation for various teams.
  • Gain expertise in GIS 2.0 and support team inquiries.
  • Work on assigned projects and liaise with project owners.
  • Initiate and participate in process improvement projects.

About you

Candidates should possess the following:

  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience in client interaction and stakeholder management.
  • Highly responsive, task-driven, accountable, and curious.
  • Understanding of corporate structures (subsidiaries, sister concerns, etc.).
  • Strong analytical thinking and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to conduct systematic and intuitive secondary research.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools – Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
  • Education: BCom/MBA/MCom/MA or equivalent graduate/postgraduate degree.
  • Experience: 0-1 years of relevant experience.
  • Relevant certifications are an advantage.
