Your role

Responsibilities:

• Part of a team of professionals undertaking Business Transformation, customer, and strategy-related projects and finding solutions to create unique and authentic customer experiences.
• Ability to work in the capacity of consultant in transformation and optimization assignments in specific or multiple sectors as per the project requirement.
• Participate in projects involving current and future state assessment, gap analysis, road map, market analysis, benchmarking analysis, recommendations for transformation from 'As-Is' state to 'to-be state, design Target operating model design, business process reengineering, and customer experience.
• Good Research skills, report writing skills and exposure to analytics and various research tools will be a necessary expectation of this role.
• Clarify request objectives with internal stakeholders to ensure a correct understanding of the brief for high-quality output.
• Participate to create intelligent and informative written and visual reports or dashboards.
• Proactive and reactive analysis and interpretation from reporting to support business strategy and planning.
• Support business development activities through participating in pursuits and helping prepare other deliverables (e.g., Client Pitch decks, Industry primers, POVs etc.).
• Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines; must be able to analyse and prioritize assignments.
• Domain knowledge of at least one of the sectors with proven research skills - GPS, RHC, Sports and Media, Energy, Oil & Gas, Telecom, Telecommunications and Media will be valuable for the role.
• Assist the Management in delivering exceptional client service and helping in ensuring stakeholder and client management.

A business intern might run clerical errands, help with documentation, Assist the Management and prepare materials. You also gain Domain knowledge of Telecom, Telecommunications and Media.

• Exposure or experience in Digital solutions in Customer/User-centric programs/ functions will be an added advantage.
• Process compliance/timely reporting of facts & figures.
• Participate actively in supporting the Senior Manager in building an industry-focused practice; Specialization in a specific sector will be an added advantage.

To qualify for the role, you must have:

• BE/B-Tech/MBA with demonstrated high academic record.
• 0 to 3 years of research and consulting experience.
• Good level of skills in Microsoft Office, and Excel (formulas, data capture and pivot tables).
• A sound understanding of data analytical tools and methodologies would be good for the role.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and experience in the usage of analytical tools/ representations.
