Your role

Role name and description

As part of the EY GDS Solution, Transformation, and Transition team, the Intern will be responsible for helping their team accomplish key project requirements by working with an experienced team of managers and associates to deliver high-quality work for their EY stakeholders. 

Your key responsibilities

  • Delivery of appropriate solutions to address business needs and requirements
  • Contribute to the project stages of Discovery and Assessment, Project Preparation, Solution Design and Planning, Transition Execution, Testing & Pilot, Steady State Turnover/Implementation
  • Review new and existing processes, resources, and systems, making and overseeing any changes
  • Understand the scope and evaluate business opportunities
  • Identify any risks regarding changes and develop strategies to overcome these
  • Manage due diligence activities
  • Setup change control processes
  • Manage, develop, and implement the aspects of quality compliance and accuracy attributes
  • Manage and ensure effective transition of the process by scheduling project inputs, assigning resources and responsibilities
  • Handle internal escalation as well as an escalation from other teams in Global Shared Services regarding people issues or client issues.
  • Providing effective solutions and guiding team members on various Functional issues
  • Effectively manage the stakeholders, and monitor the project ensuring issues are resolved in a timely manner and the appropriate corrective actions are implemented
  • Manage effective and timely communication with the stakeholders
  • Able to build productive relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders across all functions
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office especially Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel.
