Portfolio Analyst

The Opportunity

This is a best-in-class opportunity to work as a Portfolio Analyst within the Client Technology Business Management office responsible for the management of a portfolio of global and regionally sponsored products. You will support portfolio-level planning and manage day-to-day financial transactions utilizing consistent processes, tools, and reporting.

Your Key Responsibilities

You will support the development of budgets and provide transactional support to assigned portfolios/sub-portfolios.  You will support the setup and management of financial transactions needed to budget, track costs, and report on the performance of the portfolio. You will support the development of financial analysis required by leadership both at a team level and portfolio level and support the product team in delivering the business result as per plan.

To qualify for the role you must have

• Outstanding presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to influence
• Excellent relationship leadership skills (customer attitude) with the capability to work with all levels, covering multiple geographies and time zones
• Exceptional technical and analytical skills with a logical and organized approach to problem resolution
• Financial acumen and extensive experience with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, to support financial analysis and reporting
• Ability to work independently, prioritizing personal workloads to best meet objectives
• Undergraduate/University degree in fields such as finance, economics, accounting, operations management or operations research

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change
• Attention to detail with excellent analytical, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
• A proactive approach to identifying issues and the ability to clearly articulate problems and proposed solutions
• Customer orientation with skills to effectively lead, support, influence, and partner across the organization.
• Experience in business portfolio management, capital allocation and investment decision
