Primary responsibilities

  • Demonstrate an understating of basic tax concepts and proactively increase tax knowledge through client assignments and current tax developments
  • Prepare tax returns and other informational forms as prescribed
  • Deliver high-quality and timely work
  • Research tax theory and positions, and apply them to specific client needs
  • Develop client service and engagement - skills
  • Assist Senior team members on special projects, as requested
  • Exercise independent judgment and discretion when preparing tax returns
  • Help create a supportive teaming environment
  • Work with a diverse set of engagement teams across sectors and geographies
  • Proactively reach out to teams soliciting real-time feedback for work performed and take appropriate action
  • Multi-task on various projects within the tax segment and be cross-trained
  • Proposing improvement possibilities to raise the effectiveness and efficiency of the work processes
  • Accurately identify problems and exceptions, and ensure that the local engagement team has been informed in a timely manner
  • Comply with the Firm's Compliance Procedure
