Your role

EY GDS which has a presence in seven countries with 40,000+ Headcount, is rapidly growing. GDS operations are partnering with businesses in this journey of growth. Amidst growth, there is a need to keep evolving for the integration of the GDS Operations team and decision-making framework. This role is to support GDS operations management activities and the opportunities for integration of GDS Operations teams

Primary duties and responsibilities:  

• Support central collation and monitoring of GDS Operational requirements
• Assist in central co-ordination, tracking, reporting
• Support in multiple activities in creating stakeholder connect
• Support in coordinating learning, Corporate Responsibility, and wellness initiatives
• Working on defining matrix-based responsibilities of different functions [ central vs locations]
• Keeping a tab on new things, things that have moving responsibilities [i.e. areas that require coordination between different teams, leading them to close and getting them defined at the right place]
• Emphasis on the use of technology and data analytics in this job responsibilities
• Other activities that fit in the job summary and purpose of the job

Education:

• Master's Degree/Bachelor / Under Graduate Degree  in any field or any other qualification with relevant knowledge and attitude to learn and grow
• Prior experience in organizing events and projects (e.g. college events) would be an added plus
