Your role
Job Summary:
The Associate provides support in the different phases of the pursuit process. This role will support the Senior team members (Supervising Associate and Senior Associate) with content development research and analysis. This role will support in executing globally consistent strategy, methodologies, and processes as defined by the Global Markets Activation Team (MAT) Leadership.
The team engages with different teams in different geographies to help drive sales of EY services to clients.
Essential functions of the Job:
Deal and Opportunity Management.
Execute small projects / sub-projects throughout the pursuit process, e.g., development of research packs, stakeholder profiles, credentials, market share data, competitor analysis, etc., during pre-RFP and proposal development stages.
Source information from relevant internal sources and teams.
Drafting of standard sections of the proposal/RFP response.
Collation of CV’s across teams for use in the proposal.
Content management
Provide support to maintain SharePoint sites.
Help update client presentations and proposals with content from research and input from EY teams.
Administration and reporting
Responsible for archiving and maintaining a repository of client-facing material as appropriate.
Assist with reporting and quality control procedures for client-facing collateral.
Coordinate support services like design/formatting, as required.

Excellent written and oral communication skills in English are essential as the role requires direct communication with international team members versed in using MS Office
Knowledge and skills requirements:

Ability to meet tight deadlines.

Other Requirements:
Depending on regional geography, some travel is required as well as attending leadership meetings/training.
From time to time, internal and external obligations may require working after normal business hours.
