Job description

As part of our EY- Consulting Technology Risk team you’ll contribute technically to IT Risk and Assurance client engagements and internal projects. An important part of your role will be to actively establish, maintain and strengthen internal and external relationships. You’ll also identify potential business opportunities for Ernst & Young within existing engagements and escalate these as appropriate. Similarly, you’ll anticipate and identify risks within engagements and share any issues with senior members of the team.

Responsibilities

• On-going support of customer’s entitlement (all publishers)
• Analysing & consulting customers’ entitlements for multiple publishers. Importing licenses and agreements into the entitlement database/SAM
• tool 
• Performing reconciliation analysis for different publishers Matching software with licenses
• Creating customized reports and comparisons for cost savings
• Creating recommendations on how to license, reconcile, pre-harvest licensing entitlement 
• Analyse customer license contracts
• SAM Tool Management for the customers ensuring up to date license entitlement and Compliance 
• Serving as the Single Point of Contact for subsidiaries in the delivery of GSDC services 
• Leading the execution of projects by managing tasks executed by supporting team members and yourself 
• Creation of reports/documentation as per engagement requirements
• Active management & allocation of tasks & task type to ensure balanced workload distribution across the project team 
• Execution of individual tasks on projects based on the guidance provided by the Managers 
• Task-specific & cross-service training for the associated/eligible team members 
• Support the managers in managing the team’s utilization
• Management of the Quality of the engagement deliverables across assigned team members & ensuring 100% adherence to Quality standards. 
• Accurate Completion & submission of the Quality Checklist for each task 
• Ensuring 100% process adherence and delivery within the defined SLA

Requirements

• Experience in evaluation of sensitive access and SOD based on business risks/ industry best practice risks for multiple ERPs.
• Experience in the creation of SOD rulebooks based on the client business processes and applications
• Experience in role redesign based on the violations identified during the SOD tests.
• Application controls and security experience
• Security modelling
• Process systems and integrity, including risks and controls within business processes (manual, automated, security)
• B.E/B.Tech (CS/ IT, Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunications,)/MBA/M.Sc. with at least 1-3 years of experience
• Control frameworks such as COSO
• Enterprise risk services with a specific focus on IT, and related industry standards
• IT risk management framework
• Robust understanding of program and project management practices
• Familiarity with a typical IT systems development life cycle
