Oversee the development and management strategy of talent pipelines for critical roles.
Analyse labor market trends and adapt resourcing strategies to remain competitive.
Implement succession planning initiatives to ensure leadership continuity and career development opportunities for high-potential employees.
Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, educational institutions, and professional associations to source candidates.
Develop a strategy to manage the resourcing budget and enable regular reports on recruitment metrics and return on investment.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
Collaborate with client HR teams to integrate diversity and inclusion strategies into the resourcing process.

About you
Eligibility:
BCOM (Commerce)/MBA Finance or HR.
Entry-level position is suitable for recent graduates or individuals with up to 6 months of experience in a related field.
Skills and Abilities:
Strong understanding of workforce planning, talent management, and employment legislation.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful resourcing strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
